Guaranteed reservation can be cancelled 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. • Reservation cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night accommodation charge. • At the stage of enquiry, reservations are not being held. The room availability and rates are subject to change. • If Group Reservations (Five rooms and above) cancelled within 20 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night of cancelled accommodations. • No refund for cancellation of bookings made for special occasions, viz New Year Eve Day, Christmas, Onam, Diwali, City Conference Days And/ Or Festival Days.
