1.In case of a request for cancellation of reservation in received 15 or more days before the date of arrival, 20% of the total amount will be collected as cancellation charges 2. In the case or request for cancellation of reservation in received 07 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be collected as cancellation charges 3.In case or request for cancellation of reservation is received less than 07 days before the date of arrival, no refund would be allowed 4. Only one postponement or preponement is permitted before 07 days subject to availability 5. If one postponement or preponement is availed no further postponement or Preponement will be permitted and such there there will be no refund of the total amount. 6.If the booking is made through the agency the cancellation also should be made through that agency only. 7. Cancellations are to be made during office hours on working day against the original voucher 8. No cancellations is allowed due to political Reasons cancellation of trains /flights natural calamities.
