Reservation must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the planned date of arrival (local time) on the day of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation  To guarantee a reservation, room charge for one night should be paid in advance for companies without credit facility.  All non-guaranteed reservations would be held till 3 days prior to date of the arrival, after which all bookings will be released by the hotel without prior information.  For groups of 10 rooms and above, kindly note that we would be charging 100% retention for rooms which are cancelled 7 days before the date of check in.
