RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancelling 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be refunded in full
• Cancelling 15 days prior to the date of arrival is eligible for 50% refund
• Cancelling 7 days prior to the date of arrival is eligible for 25% refund
• Cancelling within 7 days of arrival is not eligible for any refund.
Note:
• No refund for cancellation on Peak Period, if any cancellation will be charged in Full
• All guaranteed reservations will be held until 18.00 hours on the day of arrival, unless specified of late arrival.
• Last minute amendments / changes of room are purely subject to the availability.
