➢ All reservations have to be confirmed by making the pre-payment 30 days prior to the arrival; otherwise, it will be cancelled without any notice. ➢ Any Amendments or cancellation of a confirmed Reservation has to make before 25 days prior to arrival date. ➢ Any reservation cancelled within 25 days of arrival date will be charged full retention charges. ➢ All bookings between 20th December and 5th January are accepted only on receipt of 50% payment in advance, on a non-refundable, non-amendable basis, balance amount to be paid within 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancelation for the said booking will be charged full retention.
