Here, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay - from facilities for cooking delicious meals to sturdy stone benches for relaxation, spacious areas for cozy campfires and sizzling barbecues, and charming gazebos to unwind in amidst the soothing rain showers.

Rates :

•      Minimum Rental charge for the Adrak Caravan INR.11,500/- Per day. 

•      Running Kilometres will be charged only as per guest’s actual usage @INR 100 /KM. Pickup and Drop destinations will be either Adrak Caravan Meadows Park, Vagamon, or Adrak Boutique Hotel, Trivandrum. (First 20km free).   

•      Check-In Time: 02.00 PM and Check-Out Time: 12.00 Noon Entry permitted is for 4 adults + kids below 2 years.    

•      Meal Plan CP    

•      Mini Bar stacked with Aerated drinks, Chocolates, Cookies, Nuts, and Wafers placed inside the Van.    

•      Toll charges extra for outstation trips.    

•      GST is 18 % on the total billing.    

Charges for Caravan Parking at Adrak Karavan Meadows Park, Vagamon :

          The minimum Rental charge for the Caravan INR.9200/- Per day.  Check-In Time:    02.00 PM and Check-Out Time: 12.00 Noon Entry permitted is for 4 adults + kids below 2 years.

•      GST is 18 % of the total billing.

•      Barbeque- INR 1500/-    

•      Campfire- INR 3000/-    

•      Lunch or Dinner Charges- INR 650/- per person for Veg and INR 700/- per person for non-Veg.    

•      One child below 5 years shared with the parents will be complimentary rates could be revised or amended at the sole discretion of management.    

•      All the above-quoted rates are inclusive of GST.    

  Reservation Policy    

1.      The Travel Agent Voucher / Payment in full must be received on or before the Check-in date.    

2.      All guaranteed reservations will be held until 18.00 hrs on the day of arrival unless

specified for late arrival.    

3.      We advise you to guarantee your reservation against Cash deposit, Service Voucher, or 

Demand draft at the time of booking.    

4.      Companies enjoying credit facilities can guarantee reservations by sending a billing letter duly signed by the authorized person.    

5.      The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations after the cut-off date.    

6.      In case of a No Show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the hotel reserves the  

right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.    

7.      In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you, despite you holding a guaranteed reservation we will arrange alternate accommodation and transport you at 

our cost.    

     Cancellation Policy    

8.      Cancellation received 14 days before check in - full refund.    

9.      Cancellation received up to 7 days before check in – 50% refund.    

10.  Cancellation received less than 7 days before check in – No refund.    

11.  In case of No Show - Retention charges for the entire length of stay will be charged.
